Debra Howell serves as President/CEO of the credit union. Before joining Cabot Community Credit Union in December 2021, she served as CEO and Operations Manager at other fine Credit Unions.

Debra was originally from Aztec, NM, where she grew up and graduated. After school, she worked for BP for 15 years in many different areas like Planning & Scheduling, Data Entry, Accounts Payable, Materials Management, and IT.

Debra and her Husband Nick moved to Pampa when the Lord opened doors for both of them to pursue their careers in the jobs they have passion for. Together they have four children and two grandchildren.

Debra is a member of and has served as Treasurer for the local Altrusa Club. She enjoys crocheting, sewing, gardening, and learning new things like the piano.

Debra loves the Credit Union movement and welcomes anyone living, working, worshiping or attending School in Carson, Gray, or Roberts County to come join our great credit union!

Carrie is the Assistant Manager at the Credit Union. She will help to ensure the credit union follows policy and procedure to serve our members. She joined the Credit Union in August of 2009.

She is a graduate of Perryton High School and lived in Perryton until she moved to Pampa in 2007. Carrie worked in the optical field for 12 years, she loves working with people and helping them with their needs.

Carrie has been married to Jeff Kirkland happily since 2007. They have three children, son and daughter-in-law Daniel & Brittany Kirkland, daughter and son-in-law Laura & Zach Fenter, daughter and son-in-law MaKayla and Evan Sloan Treat, and four Grandkids, with more on the way.

Carrie and her family love to have cookouts with family and friends, going to the lake, and just being together. Most of all, they love to keep their grandbabies.

Robin is the manager of operations at the Credit Union. She is the data processor and assists in some of the bookkeeping. She also processes the loan files and handles the transfer of titles for vehicle loans.

She is a graduate of Pampa High School and attended Clarendon College. She has been employed at the Credit Union since 2001.

Robin is married to Jimmy Keough and they have five children and six grandchildren.

Her hobbies consist of painting, traveling, and spending time with the kids and grandkids.

Lanisa came to the Credit Union in December of 2013. She has worked in the financial industry since 1995. She serves as the Credit Unions Senior Loan Officer and Mortgage Lending Officer.

She is a Pampa High School Graduate and has lived in Pampa all her life.

Lanisa has a daughter and son-in-law, Caylee and Jaten Moore, a son, Cayson Steward and a grandson, Calvin Moore, and a granddaughter, Jovie Moore.

Family First. She loves to spend her time cooking and being outside with her family, especially Calvin and Jovie.

Lupi Juarez is a Loan Officer at the Credit Union. Lupi joined the credit union March of 2024. She graduated from Pampa High, has been a resident for 48 years loves this community! She is happily married and has 4 beautiful children and two grandsons.

Lupi has been in customer service for more than 25 years now an enjoys every minute of it. Before joining the credit union she worked for other fine places like the city of Pampa, Continental Credit, and Cable One Sparklight.

Lupi and her Family enjoy the great outdoors, sports, fishing, and cooking. Everything that allows her to spend time with friends and family being able to Live Laugh and Love because we are on borrowed time so she enjoy every minute she has with them. Psalm 28:7

Eva is the collections officer at the credit union. Eva joined the Credit Union in August of 2024. Eva is responsible for helping our members stay on track with their loan payments, understanding their circumstances and helping to find a solution that works best for the member and the credit union.

Eva has four children, Candia, Alejandra, Oscar, and Gabriela. She has 3 grandchildren, Bonnie Mae, Owen Anderson, and Jerry Allen.

Tammy is a teller at the credit union. She strives to provide our members with exceptional customer service. She also does marketing for the credit union.

Tammy has worked in the financial industry in the past before having the opportunity to stay home with her children. After nine years of being a stay-at-home mom, she had decided to get back into the workforce. She has been with the Credit Union since 2019.

She is a 2003 graduate of Pampa High School and has lived in Pampa all her life.

Tammy has been married to Michael McCormick since 2005. They have two children: a son, Evan, and a daughter, Kaelyn.

Her favorite things are being a mom and watching her kids do what they love, spending time with family and friends and enjoying the little things.

Priscilla Venzor is a teller at the Credit Union. Her duties are greeting members as they come in the lobby. Priscilla also handles debit cards, withdrawals, deposits, Certificate of Deposits, and loan payments. Priscilla joined the credit union July 2022.

Priscilla is a native of Pampa, she graduated from PHS in 1998. She worked for EZ Pawn for 16 years forming many relationships with the people of Pampa. She enjoys spending time with family and friends while she's not at work. Her one grandchild is her world, has her heart completely.

Norma Guerra is a teller at the Credit Union. She joined the Credit Union in October of 2024. Norma’s duties are greeting the members at the drive thru handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and debit cards.

Norma Married Aaron, the love of her life in 2002. They have 2 daughters, Taylor and Heiley. When she is not at work they are spending quality time together cheering each on on through sports and dreams.

Daya is a teller at the Credit Union. Daya joined the credit union in November of 2024. Daya’s duties are greeting members as they come in the lobby. She also handles debit cards, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
